Our Concept
Optimum Wellness Concept Inc provides an array of Wellness solution services, to individuals and Corporate organisations. We cater for all age groups from adolescent 18+ ages.
We also provide an integrated model of Medical Rehabilitation services that’s comprised of therapies (Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy) and Social care.
Our Medical rehab care is delivered in the patient’s home (domiciliary) and in Nursing or Care Homes for the elderly. We also attend to patients in the Day Centres if that is their choice.
We also offer Telehealth service to all our clients. This is consultation via video link.
We operate in the United Kingdom and in Nigeria sub-Sahara Africa.
