Free Initial Consultation

Potential clients visit our website to take advantage of a 15–30-minute free consultation with one of our coaches, to determine if indeed the service they need is coaching. They may also get further explanation about our coaching packages and pricing.

Client Onboarding

Once an appropriate plan is decided, the client is onboarded via our website by filling a registration form and making payment, if they believe coaching is appropriate for them, and they have decided to use our services.
Once registered, the client will receive a welcome pack via email, that will contain.
1. A Pre-coaching (coaching readiness) form, to be filled and submitted before the first coaching session.
2. A client’s code of conduct document
3. A promise document from the coach
4. An agreement form to be signed and returned also before the first coaching session.

Coaching

Once onboarded, the client will receive a 15–20-minute telephone call from their allotted coach within 48 hours, to introduce him/herself and discuss the next stage.
It is at this stage that client will let the coach know their preferred coaching method and agree on frequency of sessions depending on the package the client has bought.
Client is expected to have read both the client code of conduct and the coaches promise as well as other relevant information to the client’s coaching plan.

Depends on the purpose of the workshop. For awareness raising purposes for instance, as many people as the organisation wants may attend, provided the space provided is adequate for the crowd.

However, for effectiveness, an ideal number of participants in a workshop would be 8-20. However, it will again depend on the learning outcomes of the training workshop, the budget, and time constraints of the business.
